RIN activity, reportedly started out fairly well bid on the back of obligated party interest, but as the day wore on the bids receded taking most of the market lower as well. E14 and E15 RINs dropped two cents, while the B14’s and B15’s remained resilient and mostly unchanged. The B15’s reportedly traded up to 98 cents before backing off and closing in the mid-nineties.
