Ruminant MBM slipped lower this afternoon, $370 out of the Mo. River market and $365 FOB Panhandle. Porcine trading was done lower out of the Eastern IA/IL market, $420 – 425 with trading out of the Mo. River market quiet today.
The ruminant declines seem to be purely a demand driven decrease with cattle slaughter continuing to run very tight.
