Heating Oil Cracks are Strong as Refining Union Remain on Strike

Heating oil prices edged lower on Wednesday following a report from the Department of Energy that showed a greater than expected build in crude oil inventories.  Prices have been experiencing solid gains over the prior 3-trading session notching up gains of more than 10%.
