March Soybean futures were up for the second time in as many weeks, gaining 17 cents per bushel, or 1.75%. The USDA trimmed ending stocks by 25 million bushels by forecasting an increase in both crushings and exports. Export sales were sharply higher, gaining 50% week over week for the combined marketing seasons. Sales were also 18% stronger then the prior four-week average.
