Trading was very quiet today with the only activity reported being a load of porcine blood out of the Midwest at $900 FOB.

Ruminant MBM prices fell $7 from the prior week’s average on light trading last week. The ruminant market has been fairly consistent since the end of January with trading bouncing around the $361 – 369 range since the week ending January 30th.
