May Soybean futures finished last week fractionally lower (25 hundreds of a cent) after falling 11 cents the prior week.  Soybean export activity rebounded and was up 75% for the week, yet still 16% lower then the prior 4-week average. Soybean export commitments are 99% of forecast with 24 weeks to go, which is well above the five-year average of 95% average seen at this time of the year.  Cash prices…
