Canola Pricese stabalize but Momentum Remains Negative

Canola prices are trading near support levels but edged higher on Monday following news that the Chinese Central Bank reduced reserve requirments in an effort to bolster there slowing economy.  The reduction of 100 basis points down to 18.5% is the largest reduction in this current cycle and is likely a precursor to additional benchmark interest rate cuts.
