Soybean Crush Central Illinois

The estimated crush margin dropped 4% this week, following its current trend where it has made a move lower in 9 out of the past ten weeks. The margin continued to slide despite a strong move higher in soybean oil and a few pennies per bushel drop in the price of soybeans.
