Soybean Crush Central Illinois

The estimated crush margin improved after slipping the week prior.  The margin jumped 10% to $2.06 per bushel. A combination of stronger soybean oil and meal values was more than enough to offset rising soybean costs.  The value received from oil and meal sales, per bushel of soybeans crushed, increased by 33 cents per bushel, while the price of soybeans increased by 14 cents.
