Heating Oil Consolidates Following Large Inventory Draw

Heating oil prices edged higher on Wednesday but continue to trade under pressure despite a larger than expected draw on crude oil inventories.  Both the EIA and the API released data that showed the crude draw was robust.  Hedge fund traders remain short crude oil despite little change in futures and options position according to the latest commitment of traders report.
