Proteins are under some pressure with continued decreases at the CME today. Ruminant MBM was reported between $357 – 380 FOB River this afternoon with Panhandle action steady at $350 – 370. Trading out of the Illinois market was reported at $375, Illinois renderer trading was flat. The Dal/Hou market did trade up $10 this afternoon, and the Carolinas market saw values as high as $460. The jump in the Carolinas may be tied t rail logistics as a Midwestern FOB number…
