Crude Oil Slices Through $40 as Rig Count Shows a Gain

Crude oil prices has a rough week, slicing through the March lows following a larger than expected build in crude oil inventories reported by the Department of Energy on Wednesday.  Prices are now likely headed toward $32.35, which were the lows seen in mid-2008, unless producers in the United States pull back on the throttle and stop increasing the number of rigs in production.
