Ethanol & DDGS Production – Ethanol production drops 13,000 b/d to 952,000 barrels per day

According to the EIA’s Weekly Petroleum Status Report, ethanol production slipped by 13,000 barrels to a 952,000 b/d average. Stocks expanded by 0.36%, and gasoline demand fell 5.3%.  Ethanol imports continue to be non-existent. Decreased production lowered corn demand by 194,000 bushels to 14.18 million bushels per day.
