Ruminant MBM traded in heavy volume out of the Panhandle and Mo. River markets at $360 today. Trading was done in a range of $350 – 368 FOB River. The Eastern market was reported steady, $440, but buyers are pushing for lower numbers basis the cheaper Midwestern markets.

Porcine trading was done $350 – 385 FOB River and $385 – 395 FOB Eastern IA/IL. Sources reported some end of month demand at the $385 mark, but indicated that buyers are seeing the heavy hog…
