Market Activity

Ruminant MBM prices edged lower this afternoon as sellers continue to face strong headwinds. The Mo. River market was off slightly, down $2 from yesterday’s high. The Panhandle was the exception to the rule with trading reported up s$12 from yesterday’s bottom. Trading out of Illinois and into the AL/GA market were both of $10.

Porcine trading was mostly steady, but the Mo. River market did trade in a tighter range, $340 – 350.
