Heating Oil Surges Following Mixed Inventory Data 

Heating oil prices moved higher on Wednesday morning following an unexpected draw in crude oil inventories.  This comes despite a large overall build in products and commercial petroleum stocks.  Inflation was also tame according to the Labor Department reflecting a reading that showed a drop in headline CPI.
