ANIMAL PROTEINS COMMENTARY

I am sensing the noise you are hearing is the rumble of animal protein prices rolling down hill.  There was no trading in the ruminant MBM market at least in the Central part of the country, but out in the Panhandle the trading ranged from a low of $250 to $290 with the weighted average about in the middle.   Packers were offering $280 FOB Both Central and Panhandle.
