Bean Oil Tests Support as Momentum Turns Negative

Bean oil prices moved lower on Monday pushing through support near the 20-day moving average which coincides with trend line support.  Hedge fund traders have increased long positions in futures and options in bean oil which could lead to a short term liquidation if the technicals role over. The last reported USDA report on crops should keep prices rangebound.
