Animal Fats – International

Fat prices out of and in Australia are unchanged from last week. Sources have commented that the lower prices, as of late, have brought about renewed demand from Africa, Pakistan and Singapore. Seasonal slowdowns for cattle slaughter are nigh and some are reporting early shutdowns of some major plants. This will keep product tight in the Dec/Jan positions.
