The Finalized RVO numbers for the RFS are in

The much anticipated RVO numbers for the Renewable Fuel Standard, years 2014 through 2016, arrived as promised, along with the finalized biomass-based diesel numbers for 2017. The biofuels market was adamant about getting the EPA to reverse course and push these figures higher. To their credit, they did succeed. However, it does not appear that many will be overjoyed with the final result.
