Ruminant MBM traded at $220 in good volume for January on what was otherwise a very quiet day.

Proteins continued a nearly three month slide last week with the ruminant MBM weekly average flirting with falling below $200. The ruminant market was off $18 compared to the week prior and porcine MBM was off $24. The national average for feathermeal was off $11 compared to the prior week’s average.
