Trading was done in the CWG markets, both Chicago and Mo. River. The River market saw steady action at $0.1650 – 0.1700 FOB in trucks and the Chicago market was reported at $0.1900 in rail cars.

Yellow grease trading was mostly quiet, but there was some trading done at lower levels out of NY, $0.1800 – 0.1850. The Carolinas market was higher, $0.1950 – 0.2050 for both poultry fat and yellow grease. Poultry production will slow over the next couple of weeks…
