Another day, another dollar(s) lower in the animal protein markets. While the commentary may seem glib, it’s rather astonishing to see that prices have fallen to this level without mention of a price floor. Trading out of the Mo. River market was reported $150 – 180 this afternoon and panhandle trading was up, $145 – 175.
