Soybean Crush Central Illinois

Slowing meal demand has been pinching margins and slowing what had been a strong running crush. Meal prices only edged slightly lower this week, dropping $2 per ton in Central Illinois. However, at $281.20 per ton, they are 24% less than the $369.40 charged a year ago.
