ANIMAL FATS COMMENTARY

Another slow day in the BFT market where 24 cts. Chicago is still being bid for renderer material, but sellers are offering a penny higher…if they have any to sell.  The market for packer BFT is probably more like 23.5 but no one is bidding or offering so the price guide remains unchanged at 23 cts.  Some of the animal fat industry is in Florida at the National Biofuels conference.
