The ruminant market was quiet this afternoon, but there was more trading done for porcine material today. Mo. River action was reported at $270 – 290 FOB. Sources continue to comment that product remains tight, but the $300 level remains elusive in the Midwest.

Ruminant bloodmeal was reported lower out of the Texas Panhandle today, $875. Sources continue to comment that buyers are trying putting a lot of pressure on the sellers to lower prices.
