Heating Oil is Poised to Break Out after Robust Inventory Draw

Heating oil prices moved higher on Wednesday following a report from the Department of Energy that showed a sizable draw that was larger than expected in distillate stocks.  Late April is an inflection period where crude oil stocks generally start to draw and products start to build, but the opposite is still occurring.
