Biodiesel margins rise, but window of opportunity limited
Biodiesel margins continued to rise during the week to Friday November 22. The bean oil/heating oil (BOHO) spread boosted margins by falling to its lowest level since August 27.
Three cars of packer BFT traded steady at $0.3350 Chicago this afternoon and five trucks of CWG traded at $0.2950 FOB Mo. River. Trading elsewhere was very quiet. Sources reported June interest at $0.3300 for BFT, which was countered at $0.3400. No trading was reported outside of the aforementioned three cars at $0.3350.
