The ANZ markets were fairly quiet this week with no changes in pricing. Sources reported sideways action, but did express that export sales are under pressure, in terms of local currency, because of strength in the NZ$ and AUS$ vs. the US$. Kills in Australia remain tight due to a limited amount of animals available for marketing. There also seems to be tightness due to a well-sold market into the renewable fuel sector.
