Soybean Crush Central Illinois

The crush margin continues to improve as the value received from crush product sales outpaces the rising cost of soybeans. Meal prices increased by 8% week over week (WoW) and soybean oil prices were up 1.4%.  Combined, they outpaced the 6% increase in soybean costs.
