EPA Releases Proposed RVO Numbers

The EPA released the proposed 2017 renewable volume obligations (RVOs) on Wednesday, which included the proposed 2018 proposed RVO for biomass based diesel. The EPA proposes increased amounts of renewable fuel to be used across all biofuel types.

• Total renewable fuel volumes would grow by nearly 700 million gallons between 2016 and 2017.
