Fat prices out of Australia are unchanged with the exception of poultry tallow, which was reported up AUS$950 – 1000. Poultry tallow prices jumped in the domestic market for December, helped higher by increases in the beef tallow markets. Sources continue to report strong market conditions due to good demand from Singapore and support from high palm values.
