Market Activity

The market was predictably quiet this afternoon with those in the office managing logistics and their formula positions.  Anticipation from most was for a very quiet week.

Trading last week saw choice white grease move lower along with BFT and corn oil and poultry fat move higher. Gains in the poultry fat were largely tied to mid week moves from the week prior pushing last week’s average up just shy of 9/10^th of a cent. Most sellers sold…
