The ANZ markets were sleepy this week with no price changes reported. Slaughter remains tight with predictably low numbers coming off of the holiday weeks. Cattle kills for the weeks ending 12/30 and 1/6 were a combined 96,034 head. Sources in both markets are reporting strong demand from Singapore with pricing continuing to see support from the palm markets.
