Ruminant MBM traded in a wide range out of the Panhandle market this afternoon, $200 – 240 and $240 – 270 FOB Mo. River. Trading into the Eastern market was reported steady. Porcine MBM trading was seen in an equally wide range, $270 – 310 FOB Mo. River and Eastern IA/IL. Buyers reported seeing higher offers as sellers try to capitalize on higher bean meal prices. The CME March contract has jumped $36 or 11.5% since Thursday.
