Bean meal prices are forming a bull flag pattern as meal prices consolidate along with soy beans which saw hedge funds add to bullish bets. The recent pull back comes as wilting hopes that major production problems in Argentina will spur an increase in US exports. Forecasts for drier weather in Argentina are tempering speculation that crop shortfalls there will significantly increase demand for US supplies.
