Market Activity

Trading was limited to yellow grease out of the NY market today, which saw action in the $0.2300 – 0.2400 range. Sources reported $0.2850 – 0.2900 FOB numbers for iso-tank export loads. Domestic biodiesel buyers have pushed and gotten lower prices as heating oil and RIN values have dropped. Sellers in the NY market have reported an uphill battle trying to move spot loads into the market this week.
