Soybean futures moved lower for the first time in three weeks. The Trump administration’s decision to freeze recent EPA decisions has spooked the soybean oil market.  Declining soybean oil prices have pressured soybean oil values to a certain extent.   Soybean prices dropped 1.7% or 18¼ cents per bushel, erasing most of the prior week gains.
