Trading was quiet throughout much of the fat market today. Sources reported that the 30-day market is well sold on tallow and some buyers are starting to eye their March positions. Late yesterday twelve cars of edible did trade at $0.3450 Chicago for March shipment. Sources have reported that chemical demand looks to pick up in March as does bio/renewable demand.
