Trading was very quiet to start the week, not atypical for a Monday. Sources were mum on price ideas, but those with negative outlooks last week expressed similar sentiments today.

Trading on both porcine and ruminant MBM was relatively flat last week. The porcine market average fell $3 and the ruminant market dropped $1. Sources within those markets were a bit more negative than they have been this year, particularly within the ruminant market.
