Animal  Fats – International

The market was fairly quiet around the globe this week with many travelling for a variety of conferences. The POC is underway in Malaysia, which has occupied a number of ANZ traders. Weakness in the palm market continues to settle into the tallow market, pushing prices lower out of NZ. Trading out of Australia was quiet, but sources commented that values are likely to move lower for the next trading position.
