Heating Oil Supported by Strong Crude Draw

Heating oil prices rebounded on Wednesday mid-morning following an unexpected draw in crude oil inventories reported by the Energy Information Administration.  Prices have been trading on the defensive for the past week falling 7.5% since the last EIA inventory report.  Hedge funds were long futures and options and the recent decline was likely a function of their position liquidation.
