Weekly Export Sales

Soybean export sales for the 2016/17 marketing year increase 57% to 738.2 TMT and were 64% more than the prior 4-week average. New crop sales totaled 79.9 TMT, lifting combined season sales to 818.1 TMT. Combined sales were up 17% from last week and in line with analyst expectations that ranged from 350 to 900 TMT. 2016/17 export commitments are 98% of the USDA forecast with 24 weeks to go.
