Heating Oil Breaks Out Following Unexpected Inventory Draw

Heating oil prices broke out and continue to move higher following the unexpected draw in crude oil inventories and the larger than expected decline in distillate and gasoline stocks.  While imports were higher last week and over the last month, and production continued to climb, demand for distillates and jet fuel pushed refiners to increase runs reducing overall inventories.
