Weekly LCFS Credit Trading

The volume of LCFS credits that traded during the week ending May 21st, was down 29.4% from the week prior.  Per California’s Air Resource board (CARB), 44,806 credits traded between May 15^th and the 21st. Average weekly credit volume for 2017 decreased from 102,532 credits to 99,646.  With the 2016 compliance period recently closed and regulated parties in good shape, the need to purchase credits is currently down….
