The spot tallow market was quiet this afternoon, but sources commented that big formula volumes were booked into the chemical sector for June and early July. Sources commented that anything offered at the last traded volume would move quickly. A buyer was in bidding CWG at $0.3100 Chicago and only finding an offer at $0.3250.
