Market Activity

Trading was mostly steady this afternoon in both the MBM and poultry markets. Ruminant MBM did trade higher out of the Panhandle markets. Porcine trading traded as high as $290 FOB Mo. River and Eastern IA/IL this afternoon, up $10 from yesterday’s report. Sources, for the most part, are reporting the market well sold and are eyeing next week’s positions already.
