The RIN market moved lower for a second day, but not aggressively so.  It feels more like a consolidation adjustment then a trend.  Biodiesel B17 RINs softened by 1.5 cents, while the B16’s actually moved higher.  Both vintages of the ethanol RIN moved lower, albeit at a slower pace than the B17 RIN.  This allowed the B17/E17 spread to narrow to 35 cents.  The rise in the B16 RIN has the premium differential for the B17 at…
