Ruminant MBM was quiet today, but sources have commented that the market remains very firm. Twenty trucks of porcine MBM traded at $380 FOB, split between the Eastern IA/IL and Mo. River markets. Trading was also seen lower, $340 out of both markets. Sources have reported that strong export demand coupled with lower hog kills have pushed prices higher.

Feather meal trading was done higher out of the Carolinas and Delmarva markets, topping out at $405….
