The RIN market continues to move sideways. Biodiesel RINs are trying to hold ground, while ethanol RINs seem to still have some legs to them.  Interesting news, as reports surface that EPA is planning to reject the changes that CVR’s Carl Icahn had been so sure would be put in place.
